About the role

As the Head of Marketing at Sync, you'll lead our dynamic marketing team, driving brand growth and market presence. Reporting to the CMO, your role is crucial in strategizing and executing innovative marketing campaigns. You'll engage with diverse audience segments, fostering new and existing relationships. This role combines creative vision, analytical insight, and leadership to amplify Sync's market impact.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead and manage the entire marketing cycle, from strategy development to execution and analysis.

  • Oversee a diverse portfolio that includes brand management, campaign development, and market penetration strategies.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as sales, product development, and customer service to enhance Sync's market position and ensure exceptional outcomes for our business.

  • Continuously update and expand your knowledge of marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, and CRM systems to optimize marketing efforts.

  • Advocate for Sync's vision and values, deepening relationships within the vast community of our stakeholders.

  • Manage both direct marketing initiatives and indirect marketing channels, building a robust and efficient marketing pipeline.

Your Qualifications

  • Language skills: English

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital and traditional channels.

  • A deep understanding of the marketing cycle, especially in a tech-oriented or SaaS environment.

  • A consistent top performer with a history of measurable success in brand growth and market penetration.

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies, preferably with experience in diverse markets.

  • A collaborative spirit, open to learning and sharing ideas within a team environment.

  • A strong passion for understanding customer needs and how Sync's solutions address those needs.

  • Highly motivated and curious, with a relentless drive to explore new marketing avenues and opportunities.
